Damage Policy

When you’re collecting your order from one of our galleries, have a look over the peice to make sure you’re happy with the piece.

In the unlikely event that the artwork should arrived damaged, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, and please email us photographs if possible. Please return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it in its original packaging and we will replace the item for you.

Returns Policy

You may return your purchase within 7 days from the day you receive the artwork. All artworks must be returned in mint condition, at your own cost in the existing packaging.

If artworks are returned in a fully saleable condition we will issue a refund within 30 days of receipt of your returned artwork. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you’re returning a piece of artwork to us, once that has been received either by collection or dropping off at your local gallery, you’ll receive you refund by the method you initially used to make the payment.

Delivery Information

All of our shipments are carefully hand packaged. We can ship to any UK or international address. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in the UK, Europe, USA and Canada and up to 28 days for world-wide shipments.

Your package will be sent via APC or UPS using a tracked and signed for service.
